During the use of electric single girder cranes, oil leakage from the reducer is more common. The reducer with serious oil leakage will have a negative impact on the cleanliness of the crane itself and the surrounding environment, and will also affect the progress of the work. Today we have summarized the three major reasons for the oil leakage of the electric single girder crane reducer.


1. Due to the unreasonable design of the electric single girder crane, if there is no design of the vent hole or the vent hole is too small, the internal pressure of the reducer cannot be balanced with the external pressure, resulting in the leakage of lubricating oil; due to the oil sump of the reducer of the trolley operating mechanism It is composed of upper and lower boxes. Because of long-term operation, the joint surface of the two boxes of the electric single girder crane is not tightly sealed and easy to leak oil.


2. The single girder eot crane manufacturers design of the electric single girder crane fails to meet the requirements, and the precision of the joint surface of the box body is not enough, which leads to the lack of sealing and oil leakage.
