During the construction of the Datang Haikou natural gas power generation project, Henan Zhonggong Group provided cranes.The Phase 1 of the project is provide two gas turbines for the Datang natural gas power generation project. After the completion of the project, the total annual power generation will reach 2.6 billion kWh, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.92 million tons per year compared with coal turbines of the same capacity. Our company actively respond to follow the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction.
Henan Zhonggong Group participated in this project, and the crane required for the project was installed and put into use. The crane for this project adopts a new Chinese-style crane. The new Chinese-style crane is guided by the module design theory, introduces optimized design, and reliability design methods, and uses new materials and processes to complete a new concept overhead crane.
Our new Chinese crane has the advantages of strong versatility, high technical content, low energy consumption, durability and high reliability, which is convenient for later automation expansion. Compared with general overhead crane, the self-weight can be reduced by 25%, the wheel pressure can be reduced by 20%, and the tread height of the crane can be reduced by 30%. The headroom height of the factory is reduced, which reduces the construction cost of the factory.
