With the rapid development of our factory and the continuous innovation of R&D technology, our company continues to expand the international market and attracts many foreign customers to visit and inspect.
On the morning of November 30, 2023, Russian customers came to visit our factory for an on-site inspection. The visiting customer is a well-known Russian agricultural machinery equipment manufacturer with distribution offices in many countries around the world. This time the customer came mainly to negotiate the purchase of cranes used in agricultural machinery assembly lines. First, the customer visited our freestanding bridge crane production workshop and our production process of rigid and flexible freestanding bridge cranes. During the visit, we gave the customer a detailed product introduction. Customers have given high recognition to our R&D and production capabilities, as well as strict quality control.
After the visit, we had detailed technical communication with the customer in the conference room. Through the suggestions of our engineers, we solved the problem of insufficient conditions for installing freestanding bridge cranes on the customer's site, which was strongly recognized by the customer. The customer expressed the hope that we can also participate in the supply of cranes for subsequent production lines. Finally, at the customer's request, we took the customer to visit the production plant of our factory's overhead and gantry cranes. The customer expressed his willingness to purchase an overhead crane project soon after the completion of this freestanding bridge crane project. Through a close understanding of the production process of our factory's cranes, customers have deepened their understanding of the company's products, and also demonstrated our company's professional productivity. The two parties have reached a willingness to cooperate on later projects.
