On June 27th, 2023, clients from Russia come to our factory Zhonggong Group for supplier audit. This visit is about an overhead crane and gantry crane project which is used in their new manufacturing plant. After the audit, they speak highly of our high technical experience, strict quality control and perfect management. They also express their willing of long term cooperation as well.
First of all, we went to the meeting room for a brief company introduction. During the meeting, our marketing director mainly introduced our company's development history, production qualifications, main products, and customer cases. After the meeting, customers feel very impressive of our company's rich experience and R&D capacity.rich .
Later, they had a plant tour of our workshops. Considering most of their crane requirements are European type cranes, we had a detail introduction of the manufacturing process, processing equipment, quality control methods of our European type overhead cranes and gantry cranes. Meanwhile precision processing of the crane hoists, crane trolley, drum and wheels also attracted our customers interests. After visiting, they speak highly of our perfect production management and strict quality control.
Then we come back to the meeting room for technical discussion. With our detail preparation and rich technical experience, all the technical issues have been closed effectively. To express both willing of cooperation, we also matched the detail project purchasing plan and showed our production schedule to them. The customers are very satisfied with our professional. After the meeting, all the designs and technical parameters were fully approved by them.
